Licensed since 1975 my business is in residential real estate helping owner-occupants as well as investors. I manage my own plus my client's properties. What Will Pat do For You on The Listing of Your House?

Provide personal service all the time. This means no calls handled by assistants or secretaries. This keeps lines of communication open and makes sure there is no confusion.

Represent only you as your Seller’s Agent. This means I do not do Dual Agency wherein the Agent may represent both the Seller and Buyer with disclosure acceptance by both parties. 

Provide up-to-date reports on current market conditions and listings in your market area.  Keep you posted daily by email or phone. When showings occur I will follow up with Agents to provide you with their feedback.

Provide Color Brochures in the home for prospective buyers. This brochure includes several photos, description of key features and updates, and particulars regarding settlement times, contract clauses, etc. I have a sample copy or copies for you to see. 

As soon as the property is ready to go in the Multiple Listing Service data base I will order a Virtual Tour. A photographer will come to take interior photos which will be uploaded to the site and will also appear on my website. 

Provide yard “arm” sign with hanging panel and a “Coming Soon” rider a few days in advance of actively going on the market.
